FLIP is a wall light design by Simon Pengelly previewed at Euroluce 2013. It's a versatile lamp by Foscarini, available both with a halogen light source as well as with a LED.
Curving where the central pins are situated, the FLIP diffuser can be directed to your liking, offering two final positions and various intermediate positions. Irregular horizontal lines cut across the diffuser, giving it motion and flexibility, and allowing the light to filter through when FLIP is turned on. We like FLIP because of it's versatility and unpretentious design. FLIP can easily be turned from a wall lamp to a reading lamp, to an ambient light in a simple movement. This makes it suitable for both the office place and at home.
