NODDLE by Belgian lighting brand Orbit is awarded with an iF Design Award In our eyes it deserves to be in the spot light: a lot of attention has been given to both the geometrical body as well as to the LED light source. NODDLE is a design byWim Gielen, it is both sleek and playful.
The spot has robust lines that vaguely resemle a fruit. The clever part however is neither its beautiful body or the clever LED's. It's NODDLE' s discreet magnetic pivot points which make this spotlight a particularly versatile and highly directional light source. Thus the 360° rotatability is achieved by a seamless patented magnetic mounting kit in the ceiling.
Since 20 years, ORBIT develops and produces architectural lighting for shops, workplaces, hospitality and residential areas. ORBIT's strategy is to focus on innovative products both from a technical as well as an esthetic point of view.
