Spore is an elegant light design by Italian designer Massimo Iosa Ghini for Italian label Murano Due. Spore gives a touch of originality and lightness to the environment thanks to its original shape glass.
Spore's amorphous and irregular shape is outlined by a thin layer of glass, glazed or transparent platelets have been designed to evenly spread the beam of the LED. The created light was inspired by a soap bubble due to lighting technology combined with the lightness of glass, it creates an intimate and refined atmosphere.
Spore has received international recognition dedicated to excellence in design, sponsored by the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design and the European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
