Rifé, Francesc

Interior and industrial designer Francesc Rifé was bron in Sant Sadurní­ d'Anoia in 1969. Francesc began his studio in Barcelona in 1994. Francesc got influenced by minimalism and following a familiar tradition linked to craftsmanship. During the design process, Francesc focuses on approaching material honesty. What he also stands for is putting spatial order and geometric proportion in the center approach. Francesc currently leads a team of professionals from several design fields. His projects are international but also domestic and safe space. Francesc is known for his range of interior to industrial design and from architecture to the creation of concepts. What he also does next to all his other disciplines: installations, graphics, and art direction. Rifé has won several prizes during his career for innovation, such as Contract World, Red Dot, ICFF Editors, HiP in Chicago, FAD. Francesc also won several ASCER awards. Francesc his work was got the attention of the press. What resulted in specialized publications and books worldwide. There have also been several published books that collect his most outstanding works. Francesc currently still works as a designer and leads also workshops and conferences at the same time.
