Shipment of orders

Of course you can't wait to receive your order. We have a link with Track & Trace from PostNL Parcel Service. When this link is established you will receive the track and trace code by e-mail. Go to www.tracktrace.nl. Enter the track and trace code and you will see the delivery date of your order. Can't you find your order? Call us at 0348-435065.

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, PostNL will offer your package again the next day. Is there nobody present on the second day, then you can pick up your package at the post office. If you do not pick it up there within one week PostNL will send the parcel back to us.

If you are not at home, PostNL will put a 'delivery notice' in your mailbox. This states what you can do and the telephone number of PostNL. You can then:

• Pick up the package yourself;
• Pass on a different delivery address;
• Reschedule the delivery;
• Return the parcel to us.
